Bipsom is the child of Bipin and Blossom in both The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages. The player names him, though due to the maximum length being five characters, he cannot actually be named "Bipsom;" the name comes from the Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages books by Craig Wessel.

Bipsom grows from a baby to a child throughout an unlinked game, with choices Link makes when speaking to Blossom determining his development; these are the amount of Rupees given for a doctor visit when he falls ill, and whether she should sing or play with him to get him to sleep. He can become a hyperactive child who runs around constantly, a shy child that darts away from Link when approached, or a curious child that jumps on the beds.

In a linked game, he grows from a child to an adult, again being influenced by Link's responses. Blossom will ask Link if he was an energetic, quiet, or "weird" child, and Bipsom will ask him a different question depending on the kind of child he is. If he is an energetic child, he asks if Link has a girlfriend, if he is a shy child, he asks if Link is strong, and if he is a curious child, he asks whether the chicken or the egg came first. As an adult, he can be an arborist like Bipin, giving Link advice about Mystical Seeds. He can also become a musician, composing a healing song for Link and asking for his input as to whether love or courage is more important. Another possibility is a sword-wielding hero who asks Link if daily training, natural skill, or a caring heart will make him mightier, and later gives a reward based on the answer. Finally, he can become an idler who wishes to travel the world to find a purpose, asking Link to help fund him and paying him back with interest later.

In Oracle of Seasons, he is seen at the end of the game with his parents near Horon Village's fountain when the seasons are set back in order.
