“Link! I hear you managed to find the children for us! I've been meaning to thank you if I saw you. And now I will! Thank you so much, Link! Phew... Finally, I can get back to work in peace...”
Sera

Sera is a character in The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. She is a heavy set, sleepy-eyed woman who lives in Ordon Village with her husband, Hanch, and her daughter, Beth. Here, Sera runs a general store named Sera's Sundries. She owns a cat whose name is shared with Link's.

Before Link starts his big journey, Sera is depressed because her cat ran away. This happened because Sera did not allow her cat to eat fish. With the Fishing Rod, Link can lure Sera's cat over by catching two Greengills, one of which the cat takes for itself and returns to Sera. When Link goes back to Sera's Sundries, Sera happily provides him with a half-filled bottle of milk as a reward. Link is now able to purchase items from Sera, and is required to purchase the Slingshot for his adventure.

After Link frees Faron Woods from the twilight, Sera sits glumly in the shop due to Beth's kidnapping. She becomes hopeful upon noticing Link, offering to sell him anything he needs to get the children back. Once Link finds them in Kakariko Village, speaking to her will make her relieved they are safe.

If Link uses Hawk Grass to summon a Hawk and sends it flying in Sera's direction, she covers her head in defense.
