The Legend of Zelda Encyclopedia is a book that was released to commemorate the 30th anniversary of The Legend of Zelda series. It was first published in Japan in 2017, and a year later, in 2018, it was published by Dark Horse Comics in North America by Dark Horse Comics. It is essentially the The Legend of Zelda equivalent of the Super Mario Bros. Encyclopedia, and like its Mario counterpart, The Legend of Zelda Encyclopedia contains errors and unofficial names sourced from fansites.[citation needed]
