'''Bulu''' is an [[Anouki]] living in [[Anouki Village]] in ''[[The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks]]''. He lives in the southeastern house and is the only Anouki in the game to look like the generic Anoukis from ''[[The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass]]''.

When [[Link]] first arrives in the village, Bulu can be found worrying about the vanishing [[Spirit Tracks]] and influx of monsters, saying that Anoukis are thinkers and not fighters, being too gentle for monster hunting. After Link agrees to help [[Honcho]] pair off the Anoukis into patrol units, Bulu introduces himself, indignantly ensuring his name is not mispronounced as "Boohoo." He assumes Link is only helping out of boredom, but catches himself and says he is nice instead. He tells Link he cannot stand Anoukis that grow out their facial hair; he ends up being paired with [[Yeko]].

Once Link has paired up all the Anouki, Bulu hears that Link is going to try and navigate the nearby tunnel that was recently taken up by a [[Rocktite]], and says Link must either be bored or crazy.

Later, he can be found in his house, complaining about the sudden shift changing in guard duty. He says the work is so intense he cannot even stop to wipe his nose when he sneezes. Despite this, he is never actually shown on duty.
