Cyclok, Stirrer of Winds is a large, cyclone-riding Octorok (resembling an Ocean Octorok) that appears as the second boss of The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass. It is the boss of the Temple of Wind on the Isle of Gust. Cyclok has a dark blue body with a white underside, a white shell with a dark blue swirl (seemingly a gap in the shell) on the front and back, orange eyes, and five arms, with the two in front being longer than the rest.

When Link reaches the top of the temple, Cyclok flies in on its cyclone and begins circling over the arena, while three holes in the arena floor start pushing out their own cyclones, one at a time. At this stage, Cyclok attacks either by spitting out miniature cyclones that can throw and damage Link or by surrounding itself in cyclone and swooping down at Link. To damage Cyclok, Link must throw a bomb or nearby Bomb Flower into a cyclone (either from the floor or the ones it spits) whenever Cyclok is over it, causing the creature to be stunned and grounded. From here, Link can use his sword to damage it. After enough damage, Cyclok comes to and reforms its cyclone, taking back into the air. After this is done twice, he starts spitting out two cyclones at a time, and after four times, he spits out three. After the fifth time, Cyclok is defeated, and it wiggles around helplessly on the ground before dissolving into Sand of Hours for the Phantom Hourglass, adding two minutes, while Neri, the Spirit of Wisdom, is freed.
