'''Dee Ess Island''' is an island located in the [[Southeastern Sea]] in ''[[The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass]]''. Its name and appearance are derived from the [[Nintendo DS]], the handheld that the game was released for. The island resembles a Nintendo DS Lite, although the Touch Screen map resembles an original Nintendo DS model.

The island has the [[Goron Minigame]], which [[Link]] can play after completing the [[Goron Temple]] and receiving a letter from [[Gongoron]]. If Link completes the game under 35 seconds, he can obtain an upgrade to his [[Bombchu Bag]]. Dee Ess Island has several patches of cracked land, most of which are on the sides of the "upper screen" of Dee Ess Island. Digging these spots sometimes reveals Big Green Rupees and Big Red Rupees. Sometimes this reveals an enemy such as [[Rope]]s and [[bee]]s. [[Rock Chuchu]]s and [[Hinox|Eye Brute]]s are also present.

== Treasure == 
*[[Courage Gem]]s:
** A large pit on the northern part of Dee Ess Island has two Eye Brutes. When Link defeats them, a [[Treasure Chest|Treasure Chest]] containing a Courage Gem appears. 
** Another Courage Gem can be found if Link uses the [[shovel]] to dig at the lower-left corner of the island's bottom screen.
* Big Gold Rupee:
**If the player blows into the microphone by the rock just under the bottom-left of the bottom screen of Dee Ess Island (where the mic for an original DS model would be located), a chest with a Big Gold Rupee appears at the top-left corner of the island's bottom screen.
