In ''[[The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time]]'', Amy is orange-clothed and is most likely to be the first or second Poe sister encountered in the [[Forest Temple]], along with her younger sister [[Beth (Poe)|Beth]]. She and Beth are summoned in the same manner, shooting three portraits she warps between with an [[arrow]]. The portraits are placed around different sections of a two-story room with a middle landing on the stairway, and each is on one of the three levels. If Link draws too close to the portrait containing Joelle, she cackles and warps to one of the others. By shooting the portrait containing Joelle, it burns up and she moves to another. Once all three have been destroyed, Joelle appears and moves to the bottom floor of the room. Like Beth, Joelle attacks by twirling invulnerably at [[Link]] and occasionally turning invisible and intangible, which reverts after a while and can be forced to early with a [[Deku Nut]]. After being damaged enough, Joelle is defeated and the orange flame is restored to its [[torch]] in the main room.

In ''[[The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask]]'', Jo and Beth are fought together as the second segment of the Poe Sister battle in the [[Ghost Hut]] in [[Ikana Canyon]]. Both individually fight exactly the same as in ''Ocarina of Time''.
