The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom is an upcoming game for the Nintendo Switch announced on June 18, 2024 and set for release on September 26, 2024. Unlike previous games in the series, it stars Princess Zelda rescuing Link, who disappeared into a rift after a battle against Ganon. Similar in concept to the previous third-party Zelda's Adventure, Zelda fights primarily with a wand (called the Tri Rod) used to summon objects to help her battle. She has help from a fairy named Tri and the echoes she creates with the Tri Rod. The game uses the same graphic style and many models from The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening on Nintendo Switch.
