Variant of Armos

Death Armos are a type of Armos only found in two rooms of the inverted Stone Tower Temple in The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask. The majority appear in the maze-like room that normally houses Real Bombchu, with the remaining one being on a secluded ledge in the entrance room. They slowly float around a short distance above the ground, slamming down repeatedly if Link walks too close. To defeat one, Link first needs to shoot the red symbol on its chest with a Light Arrow, flipping it over. Then, he must walk close enough for it to slam to the ground, causing it to hit and destroy its own head. It then will slowly float back upwards before exploding.

In the remake, an additional behavior has been added to them. They now stay as a dormant statue on the ground until they see Link, similar to a normal Armos.
