Geldarms are tall centipede-like creatures found in desert areas of Zelda II: The Adventure of Link, constantly biting upwards. Attacking them causes them to lower, allowing Link to jump over them. Other than this, they have no form of attack, with most of the danger coming from small rocks blowing in the wind in these areas.
One appears in Captain N: The Game Master where it helps the villains due to them having the Triforce of Courage. Other than having larger appendages and wider segments, it is fairly close to its artwork in design.
