Bomb

Water Bombs are a type of bomb in The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. They have the same functionality as regular bombs, but can also be used underwater. Link can only drop a Water Bomb if he has the Iron Boots equipped. Like regular bombs, a Water Bomb can be combined with an arrow to form a Bomb Arrow. Water Bombs have an identical appearance to Bomb Fish, with the only difference being that Bomb Fish have red eyes instead of white. Furthermore, if Link catches a Bomb Fish from fishing, he can use it as a Water Bomb.

Water Bombs are required for Link to access the Lakebed Temple. Once Link has obtained the Zora Armor, Barnes sends him a letter to notify him that Water Bombs are now being sold at Barnes Bomb Shop. Link must have a spare Bomb Bag to store Water Bombs because he cannot put different Bombs in the same bag.
