Tile Worms[1] are millipede enemies from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. They first appear in the Forest Temple and reappear much later in the City in the Sky. They hide under tiles in the floor, occasionally peeking out. If Link steps on a tile with one underneath, it will bounce him back a great distance. Once the Gale Boomerang is obtained, it can be used to lift them from their holes. When a Tile Worm is removed from the ground, it gets stuck with its head still attached to the flipped tile and can be easily defeated. After a few moments, it will right itself and rush back to its hole, but can still be defeated until it reburrows. By wearing the Iron Boots, Link becomes too heavy for them to lift.
