Shadow Insects are twilight-based insects from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. They are pieces of evil that consumed a Tear of Light from a broken light spirit. They are invisible aside from occasionally sparking, but by using his senses, Wolf Link is able to "see" them. Additionally, they emit a wavering noise when nearby.
