Golden Bugs are a group of insects in The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. They are collectible items that Link can give to Agitha, who is found in Agitha's Castle in Hyrule Castle Town, in exchange for rewards such as Rupees and Wallet upgrades.

There is one type of Golden Bug in each of the twelve major regions of Hyrule, and there are twelve different types of Golden Bugs, and each of them are a certain type of insect. Every type has a male and female, making there a total of 24 Golden Bugs to find. Male and female Golden Bugs of the same type are usually found in the same area. The male Golden Bugs are green, and the female ones are red. The first time Link gives a certain type of Golden Bug (regardless of gender) to Agitha, she gives him a purple Rupee, and when Link gives both genders of a Golden Bug to Agitha, she gives him an orange Rupee. When Link first brings a Golden Bug to Agitha, she rewards him with a Big Wallet, and once he gives every Golden Bug to Agitha, she gives him the Giant's Wallet. This means that Link receives 1,650 Rupees from Agitha in total.

Whenever Link is in the vicinity of a Golden Bug, a tell-tale sound reminiscent of a light bell is heard. Bugs are more visible at night because their distinctive golden sheen renders them easily visible in darkness. They can also be seen more clearly whenever Wolf Link uses his senses. There are some distant Golden Bugs that Link can only obtain if he uses his Clawshot or Gale Boomerang to bring them to him.

In The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD, once Link has retrieved half of the Golden Bugs for Agitha, she gives him a Miiverse stamp of herself.

In Hyrule Warriors and its reissues, Agitha summons Golden Bugs to attack enemies as part of her Parasol moveset. Unlike in The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, some of the Golden Bugs are gigantic. Some of the Golden Bugs that Agitha summons include Golden Butterflies (both small and giant) and Giant Golden Beetles.
