Desperately trying to make sense of the official names of the CD-i Zelda enemies. Contains incomplete info, so beware.

Abominom	Abominan	Said in-game by Alora. Spelling is given as "Abominan" in the UK guide, confirming the name link, though the pronunciation is quite ambiguous; it could also be Abominom or Abominam.
Acheman		Looks are similar to the Acheman sprite/drawing from Zelda II, but no official confirmation on its name.
Arkadai		Named in the UK guide. For some reason, the guide refers to the Shutoy Lake Arkadai as a raft? Were there rafts in the area at one point? Or is it just bad writing?
Armos		Concept is similar (stone statue-like warriors that wield a spear), though there's no official name confirmation and the designs look very diffearent.
Arpagos		Said in-game by Kulvan. The UK guide of Wand confirms the spelling.
Bago-Bago	Flying Smog	Not sure how the name was tied to this enemy, but they're way too different for any sort of connection. I propose the conjectural name "Flying Smog" due to the smoke billowing from its backside, and because it makes rooms dark when it hits Link or Zelda.
Boar	Pig (enemy)	Named in the Wand UK guide.
Boon	Bee (maybe?)	Named in the Wand UK guide. It'll be a simple move job. However, the Zelda II Boon art and this enemy look quite similar, so it could go either way.
Bot		Matches this enemy the most in terms of design. For some reason, the UK guide calls these enemies "Tektites" or "Tiktites", despite the huge design difference between Bots and Tektites.
Boulder		Named in the UK guides.
Daira		Looks identical to the Zelda II Daira art. Plus, the Fish Lady cutscene names the enemy and confirms a link.
Darknut		Matches very well with the LOZ Darknut art, even if there isn't a confirmation on their name. (They're referred to as "soldiers" in the UK guide.)
Deadite		Named in the Wand UK guide.
Deeler	Spider	Referred to as "spiders" in the UK guide. They don't look much like the Deeler's promo art. The enemy labeled "Tektite" on the page is a better fit, IMO
Dodongo		Named in-game by Link in Wand, with the UK guides confirming the name link.
Falling debris		Generic, fitting name for these things. No official name in the guides, and they're unlikely to get a unique page.
Fire Daira		Referred to as "fire creatures" in the UK guide, but the Dutch version of the guide calls them "Fire Dairas" (Vuur Dairas).
Fire Stalfos	Stalfos Knight (maybe?)	Name appears to be fanmade to try and match the Fire Daira - no mention of them in the guides at all. Closest in appearance to the Stalfos Knight from Zelda II, given their sole sword.
Flying Snake		Referred to as "snakes" in the UK guides. The flying part is fanmade, but fits the enemy's behavior well (snake is a very generic name - and creates problems, as you'll see later on)
Ghini		Named on the back of the Wand of Gamelon box. Technically, there isn't a name link, but there's literally no other enemy that fits the Ghini name apart from this one.
Gleeok		Named in-game by Alora.
Gohma		Named in-game by Anutu and Sanda.
Goriya		Named in-game by the Sakado merchant. Name link is confirmed in UK guides.
Handwalker		No official name. Handwalker is conjectural, but it fits for now.
Head of Gleeok	Gleeok head (ONLY for the visual link!!!)	Called "Gleeok head" in the UK guides. This change will only be visual, don't worry.
Icicle		Generic name for this obstacle. What else could I name it?
Jawbee		Named in the UK guide.
