The Blue Potion, also known as the Medicine of Life and Magic, Blue Medicine or Air Potion, is a restorative potion which appears throughout the The Legend of Zelda titles, starting with The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. It typically requires a bottle to contain it. Its effects vary depending on the game but originally served as a combination of the Red Potion and Green Potion, fully refilling hearts and magic.

The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past

In The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, the Blue Potion is the Medicine of Life and Magic (Cure·All Medicine on the SNES Sub-Screen or Cure-All Medicine on the GBA Sub-Screen), available in the Magic Shop for 160 Rupees.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time

In The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, the Blue Potion is available in the Potion Shop for 100 Rupees after giving the Odd Mushroom to Granny.

The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask

In The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, the Blue Potion is available in the Magic Hags' Potion Shop for 60 Rupees after giving the Magic Mushroom to Kotake and a Business Scrub in Ikana Canyon for 100 Rupees. It can also be sold in the Curiosity Shop for 20 Rupees.

The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker

In The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, the Blue Potion is available in the Chu Jelly Juice Shop for 60 Rupees after giving Doc Bandam fifteen Blue Chu Jellies. Additionally, if Link gives five more Green Chu Jellies to Doc Bandam, he will receive a free Blue Potion.

The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap

In The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap, the blue potion is available in Syrup the Witch's Hut for 60 Rupees. Due to the absence of the Magic Meter, this is the first game in which it has a different effect, in this case restoring merely eight hearts.

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess

In The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, the blue potion is available in Malo Mart Castle Branch for 50 Rupees and the City in the Sky for 100 Rupees. In this game, it recovers all hearts, acting like the Red Potion in earlier games. Blue Chu Jelly has the same effect.

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword

In The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, the Air Potion is available in the Potion Shop for 200 Rupees. It reduces the depletion time of the oxygen gauge for three minutes. It can also be upgraded into the Air Potion +, which restores all oxygen and makes it undepletable for three minutes.

The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds

In The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds, the blue potion is available in the Witch's House for 200 Rupees and 10 monster tails. It recovers all hearts, acting like the blue potion in Twilight Princess.
