Mardlegs,[1] also misspelled as Marlegs[2] are centipede enemies in Zelda's Adventure. They appear in the Great Dry Canyon, the Seacoast Plain, and the Plain of Hobel. They are purple, have large pincers they constantly snap, and have four segments behind their heads that always stick out straight behind them. Like most enemies in the game, they simply wander around aimlessly. They move at varying speeds and take four hits from the wand to defeat.
