Bounders[1] are small fish enemies in Zelda's Adventure, appearing in the Forest of Albon and the Forest of Canvula. Usually they are found in water, and depending on their exact placement they may swim around or just stay in one place while flailing around wildly. To attack, they spit balls of water in any of the four cardinal directions, though they do not aim at Zelda, unlike most other single-projectile enemies in the game. When found outside of water, they are unable to spit at Zelda, but can still move.

Trivia
- In the section of the Forest of Albon directly to the north of Shurmak's seclusion in the Great Dry Desert, the Bounders' projectiles are miscolored purple and black.
