The Wand of Gamelon is the titular weapon of Zelda: The Wand of Gamelon. Princess Zelda uses it to defeat and seal away Ganon in the final boss fight.
Similarly, in Link: The Faces of Evil, the Book of Koridai item is used to defeat Ganon.
History
The Wand of Gamelon is kept in the Shrine of Gamelon, where it is guarded and held by the sixth boss, Omfak. Zelda obtains the Wand after defeating Omfak and learns, from Myra in Nokani Forest, that it is the only weapon capable of defeating Ganon.
