The Heat Crystal is a trade item that appears in Zelda: The Wand of Gamelon. It is a red crystal mentioned by Yokan after he becomes the blacksmith of Sakado, who asks Zelda to find one so he can mend her Power Sword.
Zelda acquires the crystal in Dordung Cave after defeating the Gleeok that occupies the cavern. She hands it over to Yokan, who uses it to turn the Princess' sword into the Magic Sword.
