Ropes are items that appear in Link: The Faces of Evil and Zelda: The Wand of Gamelon. They allow Link and Zelda to climb onto higher ledges, allowing for quicker traversal across Koridai and Gamelon. In addition, ropes are required to access inaccessible platforms in certain areas, such as Harlequin Bazaar and Sakado. A rope is discarded when successfully used.
Three ropes can be bought from the respective shopkeeper for ten Rubies. Link and Zelda can carry up to 99 ropes.
