Treasure Bags[1][2] are pick-up items which appear in Zelda II: The Adventure of Link. They are white sacks with a "P" on them. When collected, a Treasure Bag gives Link between 50 and 500 experience points, and the higher the number, the less likely a Treasure Bag provides that many experience points. Sometimes a Bot jumps out of a Treasure Bag. Some Treasure Bags appear in set locations and do not respawn once Link collects them. Every tenth enemy defeated by Link drops either a P Bag or a Magic Jar. Aside from this, a defeated enemy only drops a Treasure Bag occasionally; enemies worth 20 or less experience points sometimes drop Treasure Bags which give 50 experience points to Link, and those worth 30 or more experience points drop Treasure Bags which give 200 experience points to Link.
