Megmats[1] are small, hopping, armadillo-like enemies in Zelda II: The Adventure of Link. They appear early in the game in caves and various outdoor terrain. Their only attack is to hop slowly towards Link, though they are capable of leaping quite high if they have room to do so. Nonetheless, they are quite weak.
