Gwonam, Link: The Faces of Evil

The Lantern of Vision is an item in Link: The Faces of Evil. It is an upgraded Magic Lantern that glows red, allows Link to see the flying enemies in Ganon's Lair, and lights up dark areas without needing any Lamp Oil. The Lantern of Vision is acquired in Hermit Flat, where Gwonam gifts it to Link in exchange for the Crystal of Vision.

A similar lantern upgrade, the Fairy Lantern, is obtained in Zelda: The Wand of Gamelon.
