“This shield both sword and spear deflects, but cannot stop the vilest curse. This crystal makes the shield reflect, cursing the curser with twice the curse!”
Suprena, Link: The Faces of Evil

The Reflecting Shield is a shield used by both Link and Zelda in Link: The Faces of Evil and Zelda: The Wand of Gamelon, respectively. It is an upgraded version of their regular shield that reflects the projectile attacks from Lupay in the former game and Wizzrobe in the latter. The reflected projectiles are the only way to defeat the bosses.

In Link: The Faces of Evil, the Reflecting Shield is created by Suprena in Serigon Caves, after Link brings her the Crystal of Reflection from Fortress Centrum. In Zelda: The Wand of Gamelon, Zelda finds the Reflecting Shield in the cabin of Gobiyan Ship.
