Arurodas[1] are one-eyed giant scorpions from Zelda II: The Adventure of Link. They scuttle towards Link with their eye closed, occasionally shooting a fireball from their tails. Every so often, they will open their eye to look at Link for a moment, which is his chance to damage them. When their eye is closed, they are invincible. They start appearing in caves occasionally midway through the game and also appear in the desert surrounding the Three Eye Rocks.
