The Blue Mail, also known as the Blue Clothes, is a blue tunic that appears in several games in The Legend of Zelda series. In all appearances, it cuts the damage Link receives over his Green Tunic by one half.

The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past[edit]
In The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, the Blue Mail is found in the Ice Palace. In this appearance, it comes with a yellow hat and orange sleeves.
The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening DX[edit]
In The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening DX, Link can obtain the Blue Clothes after completing the Color Dungeon—when he reaches the end, a fairy queen gives him the option to choose either the power of red for offense or the power of blue for defense. This permanently replaces Link's green Jerkin, although Link can optionally change to the Red Clothes by going back to the fairy queen another time. If Link obtains a Guardian Acorn while wearing the Blue Clothes, it reduces damage by one fourth. As the whole outfit is blue, it resembles the Zora Tunic from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
In the Nintendo Switch remake, the Blue Clothes are known as the blue mail, and the Fairy Queen can revert Link back to the green tunic. It also no longer changes the color of Link's sleeves.
The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds[edit]
In The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds, the Blue Mail appears in either Swamp Palace or Lorule Castle if it was skipped. It comes with yellow sleeves like in A Link to the Past, but the hat is blue like in Link's Awakening DX.
