- – Great Furnace operator, The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons
The Great Furnace operator is a Subrosian in The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons, recognizable by his distinct bandana. He is first found excavating Ore Chunks outside the Tower of Autumn at the Temple of Seasons, where he and his crew have been stopped by a rock wall impenetrable to their digging tools, necessitating a Bomb Flower. Once Link brings one and they set it up, the Great Furnace operator quickly gathers up all the ore he needs and offers him his services at the furnace. Afterwards, he returns to the Great Furnace. When Link brings Red Ore and Blue Ore, he offers to smelt it into Hard Ore. If Link accepts, the operator puts them into the furnace, doing a dance with his employees as the ore melts, and leaving the finished product at the furnace's mouth for Link to take.
