- “O brave youth... I am one of four light spirits that protect Hyrule at the behest of the gods. I am Ordona. The black beast you slayed was a shadow being. It had come to seize the power of light I wield.”
- – Ordona
Ordona is a character from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. It resembles an Ordon Goat or a wolf, and is the first Spirit of Light whom Link encounter. Ordona is the namesake of the Ordona Province, and it is located in Ordon Spring. Here, Link can talk to Ordona to learn of how the Spirits of Light have a duty to protect Hyrule. Ordona is the only Spirit of Light who did not have its power of light stolen from it by the Shadow Beasts. It is also the only Spirit of Light whose name is not derived from one of the Golden Goddesses.
Later, during the final battle against Ganondorf, Ordona and the other three Spirits of Light appear. Together, the four of them grant their power to Princess Zelda in the form of Light Arrows, which she can use to stun Ganondorf so that Link can attack him. Once Ganondorf has been defeated, Ordona and the other Spirits of Light restore Midna to life.
