Veran's spider
The title of this article is conjectural; an official name for the article's subject has not been found, so it has been given a fitting title by the editors. Veran's spiders are enemies in The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages that only appear during the battle against the Veran-possessed Queen Ambi. She summons them four-at-a-time to fall from the ceiling and begin crawling about. They charge towards Link when there is a 45° diagonal path towards him, but otherwise move slowly. Their summoning can be interrupted by hitting Ambi with a Mystery Seed, causing less than four to fall, and she will try to replenish any that have been defeated. Once Veran has been defeated in this fight, any remaining spiders are destroyed.
