Eye Plants[1] are cycloptic enemies found on the sea in The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass. They have a green-and-magenta head shaped somewhat like a tulip blossom with large, green lips on the front, a cyan eye on a black and yellow stalk, and a blue and black neck stretching under the water with a purple and white leaf-like protrusion in back. Unlike other sea enemies barring the ambiguously-living Sea Trap, they are immobile, and as such the ship may take damage from running into them if not defeated. They also spit out spiked green balls to attack. They take two hits from the cannon to defeat. They are first encountered when pursuing the Ghost Ship through a fog back in the Northwestern Sea, making it difficult to see them. Later, a Giant Eye Plant appears as a miniboss.
