“Hoo hoo! You got the Salvage Arm! You didn't actually yell Salvage Arm really loud, did you? Savvy guy like you would know merely to snap your fingers... You'd look pretty silly if you really yelled!”
Fuzo, The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass

Fuzo is Eddo's apprentice on Cannon Island in The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass. He is shown tending to the front of Eddo's Garage while Eddo is at work in the back.

When Link first arrives at the island hoping to obtain a cannon, Fuzo greets him and tells him that Eddo has locked himself in the workroom, finishing up his incomplete cannons. He also says that the back door is always unlocked, so if Link goes around the entire island he should be able to meet him. He unlocks the gate leading around back, but warns him of the island's dangers.

When Link returns to the island in need of a Salvage Arm, Fuzo greets him again and tells him Eddo has just finished one. When Eddo tells Link (and by extension, the player) to shout for him to determine the price, Fuzo recommends shouting "Salvage Arm" really loud. However, once Link has obtained it, he admits he was joking, as shouting "Salvage Arm" loudly in real life would look very strange (thus indirectly addressing the player). He says that snapping one's fingers would also work, believing Link is savvy enough to have figured that out.

Additionally, Fuzo gives Link Gold ship parts for every four "Big Play" goals met in the game's Battle Mode. Due to there being 16 Big Plays in total, the player may gain up to four Gold ship parts this way. This is notably the only source for Gold ship parts that gives them every time instead of through random selection with other ship parts.
