Hoiger Howgendoogen is a member of the Ho Ho Tribe in The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass. Like the others shown, he is in a ship in the Southeastern Sea. Specifically, he is on the back of the port side of the ship. Unlike the others, he did not bring a telescope to search for treasure with, but instead brought a kaleidoscope with his name on it to entertain himself. However, he ended up losing it, giving him nothing to do. If Link obtains and returns it, he gives Link a Guard Notebook in return he found floating on the surface.
