Man of Smiles, The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass

The Man of Smiles is an eccentric seagoer in The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass. He can be found in his ship in the southeastern corner of the Northeastern Sea. His ship's interior is notably painted to look like a pastoral flowery landscape. Whenever Link enters his ship, he is ambushed by four stationary Octoroks, a yellow and a blue Chuchu, and a Zora Warrior. Once he defeats all of them and approaches the door, the Man of Smiles runs down and declares Link a pure-hearted individual. The first time this is done, he offers Link a choice between a "special" present and a "normal" present; regardless of which is picked, he will give both. The "special" present is the Hero's New Clothes, while the "normal" one is a treasure map, which he dismisses as a normal piece of paper to use as a tissue or even to eat. The enemy encounter can be repeated infinitely, and on later visits he will give Link a Prize Postcard. If Link already has one in his possession, he will simply thank him.
