m (Some naming confusion; the upgrades remain unnamed in OoT, but get their names in OoT3D, the bag itself is called the "Deku Seeds Bullet Bag" (note the plural) in OoT64 dialogue, but just "Bullet Bag (holds X)" in the menu, BUT in OoT3D they're known by their full, singular names in the menu (e.g. "Big Deku Seed Bullet Bag"))

The Deku Seed Bullet Bag, originally known as the Deku Seeds Bullet Bag, Bullet Bag, or Deku Seed Bag,[1] is an item in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time that stores Deku Seeds, the ammunition for the Fairy Slingshot. The bag stores up to 30 Deku Seeds and is obtained automatically alongside the Fairy Slingshot inside the Deku Tree. There are two other bags with higher maximum capacities: the Big Deku Seed Bullet Bag and the Biggest Deku Seed Bullet Bag,[nb 1] which store 40 and 50 Deku Seeds, respectively.

The Big Deku Seed Bullet Bag or Biggest Deku Seed Bullet Bag can be obtained from a Deku Scrub in the Lost Woods if Link shoots the middle of the target hanging from the tree with the Fairy Slingshot three times consecutively, and from the owner of the Shooting Gallery in Castle Town if Link hits every Rupee with his slingshot. Either source will give Link the Big Deku Seed Bullet Bag if he has not already received it, and either will give the Biggest Deku Seed Bullet Bag if Link has already received the first upgrade.
