Shaboms are enemy bubbles found inside Jabu-Jabu's Belly in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. They bounce around rooms erratically, violently popping on contact with Link or his weapons. As such, he can defeat them in many different ways, including with his own body, though this way will damage him.

In the original English localization, Navi erroneously claims they bounce off his blade rather than popping from it. In the ports on the Nintendo Gamecube, she instead says that cutting one open can cause knockback from the burst, while in Ocarina of Time 3D, she simply advises him to avoid touching them.

In The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, generic bubbles sharing Shaboms' texture are found holding Stray Fairies in temples and as background elements in the Four Giants' realm. In Majora's Mask 3D, the former are replaced with fully-modeled bubbles and the latter are removed entirely.
