Dead Hand's Hands, called Dead Arms internally, are enemies in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. As their name suggests, they are the long disembodied arms of Dead Hands and appear alongside them in both the bottom of the Well, where there are four, and the Shadow Temple, where there are six. When Link moves close to one, it will attempt to grab him, and if it does, Dead Hand will appear. When caught, the player can escape by repeatedly mashing the buttons. The hands can be destroyed if attacked with the sword enough, though as long as the Dead Hand is active, they will respawn. Once the Dead Hand is defeated, the hands all disappear.

In Master Quest, an additional Dead Hand's Hand is found in the Water wing inside Ganon's Castle. Its location marks a Crystal Switch inside the wall which lowers a water barrier around a Blue Fire brazier for a few seconds, with the hand's grab both acting as a method of delaying him and holding him in place for Freezzards to freeze him.
