The Fairy Slingshot is a type of slingshot and a weapon in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. It is the main dungeon item of Inside the Deku Tree and is obtained with the Deku Seed Bullet Bag. The Fairy Slingshot uses Deku Seeds for ammunition, which Link can fling at distant targets (usually switches) or to defeat or stun an enemy. If a target is nearby, the Fairy Slingshot can be used in conjunction with targeting, which allows for a more accurate aim except for rapidly moving targets. The Fairy Slingshot can only be used when Link is a child, and it is replaced by the Fairy Bow when he becomes an adult.

If the Fairy Slingshot is assigned to one of the C-buttons, the player can press that button to switch to a first-person perspective. From that view, the Fairy Slingshot appears in front of Link. There is no aiming reticle to assist Link, but he can shoot a target between the prongs and then firing.

If Link encounters Skulltulas, he is usually required to defeat them via the Fairy Slingshot, because Link cannot attack them while climbing the vines.
