Slimes are weak blobbish enemies that are usually the result of transforming a slightly stronger enemy.
History[edit]
The Legend of Zelda: A Link to Past[edit]
In The Legend of Zelda: A Link to Past, slimes are yellow with green stem-like protrusions and appear after certain weak enemies get sprinkled with Magic Powder or are affected by the Quake Medallion. Their only ability is to slowly pursue Link.
The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures[edit]
In The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures, slimes resemble Zols and appear in blue and green. The blue ones first appear at Lake Hylia and appear from under lifted rocks and replace enemies who are caught within the Quake Medallion's shockwave, being only able to wobble around slowly. The green ones first appear at the Field and grow from the ground, able to sink back under.
